How long does it take to receive a proposal once all of the information is received?

Proposals take anywhere from 48-72 hours. We highly recommend not waiting until the last minute to request pricing because each proposal is customized according to the clients needs.

Where are you located?

2408 Ashley River Road, Ste. C, Charleston, SC 29414. It’s in the Pierpont Shopping Center off Hwy 61.

Which areas do you service?

We travel up to 50 miles. We have clients in Walterboro, North Charleston, Summerville, Ladson, Goose Creek, Mt. Peasant, Charleston, Moncks Corner, Kiawah, James Island, Johns Island.

Are we limited to the Themed Menus for weddings?

No. We can customize your menu to include anything you desire. You are not

limited on what you can have.

What are the next steps once we decide we want to book?

Remit the non refundable retainer to reserve the date. Once paid, the date is secured and we can create a payment plan. The balance and final guest count is due 10 days prior to the event. We require at least 75% of the initial guest count once the retainer has been paid. Therefore, keep in mind it’s easier to increase your numbers as opposed to starting very high and having to scale

back substantially.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (3% processing fee), Cashapp, Venmo, Cash

and Checks.

Is there a late fee for payments?

Yes. Payments must be made by the deadline to avoid a $50/day late fee.

If the venue requires trash removal do you charge extra for that?

Yes. The fee is $150 for us to remove trash off site.

What is the minimum guest count for catering?

We require a $1,000.00 food minimum for catering requests.

Do you offer private chef services?

Yes we do. Our food minimum applies to private chef services also.

Do you offer bartending services?

We currently partner with Mixin’ Mixer to provide all of our bartending services.

Do you offer cuisine other than lowcountry/gullah/geechee?

Yes. While we specialize in the aforementioned we offer an array of menu

items. We’re happy to entertain other menu items for your event.

What do you do with leftovers after my event?

We will dispose of all leftovers after an event. We typically do not allow clients

to take leftovers due to insurance purposes and DHEC laws. Once food has

been sitting out for 3 or more hours it should be discarded.
